There are only 2 differences between the Gen 1 and Gen 2 bino harnesses:

Gen 1: Larger pouch for larger optics, lid flips backwards (towards your body).
Gen 2: Slightly smaller pouch for a more minimalist design, lid flips forward (away from body).

Once your order has shipped, you should have received an email with your shipping notification. That notification will have your tracking information.
