Born to a family of game chasing, mule skinning marauders of the Great Basin and surrounding areas. Spent some time overseas post-9/11 energetically meeting the enemies of this country. Now days, I rarely find adventure nor solace away from remote public lands. Biologist by trade in southeast Idaho.

Life is the pursuit wild things in wild places. I spend each season in western public lands and backcountry chasing anything I am fortunate enough to draw a tag for; and the rest of the year training, prepping, researching and planning for the next opportunity. The only thing I enjoy more than challenging myself on the mountain is helping others hunters get it done! Native Texan living and working in rural eastern Oregon, a wildlife biologist by trade and hunter by blood.

Raised in the Black Hills with a genuine appreciation for the outdoors that continues to grow. I currently work in rangeland conservation in western Wyoming with a passion for the wildlife that roam under western skies, but live for the adventure that only western pursuits and public lands can provide.
